Located in Milngavie, just north of Glasgow, West of Scotland FC is one of the world’s oldest rugby clubs — founded in 1865 and a proud founding member of the Scottish Rugby Union.

Wee Westies, Mini & Midi (Pre-school to U16)

Over 300 young people train weekly, starting from age 3–5 (Wee Westies), through Minis (P1-P7) finally to midi (U13 - U16) squads.

We focus on individual development — on and off-field — providing specialist coaching, strength & conditioning, nutrition and welfare support.

Senior Rugby

Our U18s bridge the gap to adult rugby, playing in the National Conference we provide a brilliant opportunity for players to develop and reach their potential in senior rugby, at West or beyond.

Senior teams include the Men’s 1st XV (National League 3), Women’s 1st XV (National League 1) Men’s 2nd XV (Intercity Reserve League 2) & Men’s 2As (West Reserve League Division 2).

Senior teams are always welcoming new players of any ability.
