This Saturday we’re heading to Cumnock for a cracking double header, with both our men’s and women’s teams playing in the Reilly Cup🏆

The day is held in memory of Harry Reilly, Cumnock’s Development Officer, and one of West Women’s biggest fans, who sadly passed away in December 2025. It’ll be a special day for everyone involved, celebrating Harry’s legacy with plenty of good rugby and good company!!

Weekend Round-Up ❤️💛

Some of our girls just couldn’t wait for preseason games to get started… 👀🏉

First up, our wee American diva Sheila took on the incredible world record attempt with @looseheadz, playing in a Rugby 7s match that lasted 28 hours!!🤯 official timings still to be verified but what an unbelievable achievement – massive congratulations to everyone involved! 🥳👏

Meanwhile, a squad of our Westies pulled on the @pigbarians shirt at Moffat 10s. After a brilliant day of rugby, they were narrowly beaten by just one point in the final. So close, but fantastic effort from the team!!

Well done girlies – great to see so much rugby being played before our own games kick off!❤️💛

10% playing rugby
90% having a good girly time

We are hosting a come and try session for any and all women wanting to try something new!

Thursday 16th of July from 6pm

If you’re already an established player, looking for a new club to call home, haven’t picked up a rugby ball in years, or excited to learn something new, our door is open.

Can’t make it? No worries! We train Mondays and Thursdays and we’d love to have you along

We are in the hunt for new players… long term contracts, big involvement, a space to learn and grow.

We are looking for women’s rugby players (or aspiring women’s rugby players) to come and join our community at West of Scotland.

All you have to do? Come along Mondays and Thursdays.
No experience needed. Whether you’re looking for a new club to be a part of or interested in trying a new sport - there is always a role for you.

We are the only Glasgow team in the New National 1 league, and we balance competitive fulfilling rugby, with a fun friendly environment.

What a season it’s been. Every single player put in an absolute shift, and we definitely didn’t envy the coaches having to make some tough decisions when it came to the awards!
